I believe with a higher rank I can put many of my skills to better use as I am restricted from a lot of things as of right now. I have helped Tom and Pupper with fixing ULX, Whitelisting and Permaprop and also have built many of the things you see on the server. I would like to become somebody who people look up to for help and have the ability to help them fully without having to send them to a higher member of staff when they are on. I am highly active as many see and always willing to help and often stop my own enjoyment in an RP situation to go and help somebody out who needs it. I would say I am responsible, trustworthy, active and helpful. I often help higher members of staff with problems and even have become a middle man sorting out feuds between staff members more than once. I enter a situation often with a clear head and if my head is not as clear as it should be I still do not stray from the problem at hand unless somebody can do that job better. Why should you pick me/trust me for a high ranking member of staff?:As I have said before I am responsible, trustworthy, active and helpful. I have also been trusted with the rank of Superadmin even where there are no high members of staff on so I can help others and help the server in multiple ways. I've offered my services with coding and fixing ULX multiple times as it is my sole intention to help other people and to maximise enjoyment. I know I am not great at writing out applications and essays and rather prove my worth and show my skills to you first hand by helping you or supporting you/others in whatever you wish. What are my skills: My skills consist on my experience with ULX, Coding jobs and many other systems with over 1000+ hours of being staff on multiple servers. I know how ULX works in and out and can quickly resolve problems. I have also run my own server multiple times and also held many high ranking staff positions so I have a fair amount of experience with the high ranking roles. I know passion isn't a skill but my passion for the server trying to support income and the community as a whole has been seen often explaining how to donate and how to do other things in detail. All I want is the server to thrive like it deserves to. ------------------------------------------ The rank I am hoping to get is Co-Server manager to work alongside the great team we already have while having the power to make a difference.
