[100 Words]: I have been on the server a while now and I often see people complaining about the lack of staff productivity when it comes to the players, e.g. Not being available for whitelisting, not being there to sort acts of FailRP and RDM situations. I see the applications are closed but with my experience and knowledge of the running and welfare of a server from big servers such as Werewolf and Oblivion Gaming I understand how to achieve a more fun and enjoyable roleplay experience for the players, I see this server as being the best Jedi Vs Sith in the UK server list, I want to be apart of it and help achieve a firm and happy fan base Why should we pick you? [100 Words] : Firstly I was requested to apply. I can be active in giving in ideas on how to create a productive and constructive foundation to build on suggestions from other server staff and members. This coupled with giving planned out ideas for new events, keeping within the boundaries of the serious role play of the players, and I am quite the motivator as I have been told by many server staffs on many servers... What are your skills? [50 Words] : I can offer a bit more than the next fella, but I twist what they can do. Firstly I love to make people laugh and smile with witty comments (at appropriate times) as it keeps morale up and makes the server feel nice rather than a completely controlled environment. I am professional and experienced in keeping order and knowing when enough is enough, as I am a Corporal in the Army Cadet Force and had my fair share of disciplining disruptive cadets, I feel I can divert that authoritative power to the game which gives me a head start and an advantage on other staff applicants, as I have the experience. I also have been an admin before so I am familiar with the staff role and how to control the server, such as whitelisting and kicking etc. How active can you be? Hopefully, I can get more of a Forum/Discord/Administrative Role, but in general about 24 hours a week
